What events occur each year?
The Brunswick-Topsham Memorial Day Committee annually puts on a parade and observances on the Brunswick Mall in honor and remembrance of those who lost their lives in the United States Armed Forces.
What is the schedule of events?

What happens in the case of inclement weather?
The Brunswick-Topsham Memorial Day observances and parade are rain or shine. Please come prepared to participate with the anticipated weather.
I'm in the parade, what should I know?
It is important that parents, parade participants, and chaperones are aware of the following rules and recommendations:
- The parade will occur rain or shine;
- Bring a cell phone;
- Bring sunscreen and bug spray;
- Bring a water bottle;
- Be sure to review the parade route, it is best to have a car at both ends of the route;
- The throwing or tossing of candy or any other object is strictly prohibited.
When do road closures start?
Road closures will generally begin around 8:00 am, however, please check our schedule for more accurate times.
What is the parade route?
Our Parade Route generally stays the same. We begin at the Topsham Town Hall and travel across the Brunswick-Topsham bridge, stopping for brief observances over the river, and ending at the Brunswick Mall.
